fennel + bacon = newfound love

I’ve been a little light on the postings lately – work and life have been full, and blogging (clearly) hasn’t been my top priority. Vacation is next week; if there’s a rainy day, or I’m tired of the sun, I may get caught up on a few posts (a lovely gluten-free cake I made several months ago; my new favorite summer drink, made with this; and some tasty Scottish scones, perhaps?). Until then, this is what I made for dinner tonight, and served over Trader Joe’s gluten-free pasta:
